NY Art Book Fair 2026 Opens Tonight
The NY Art Book Fair
More than 300 exhibitors will take part in this year's NY Art Book Fair which starts this evening with an Opening Night celebration at MoMA PS1.
Running September 24–27, NYABF will host a wide range of independent and institutional publishers, antiquarian booksellers offering rare volumes, small presses, and zine publishers from 41 countries across 6 continents making it the most geographically diverse group of exhibitors in its history.
The Fair, which coincides with the 50th anniversaries of both Printed Matter and MoMA PS1, will run a schedule of programs including book launches, lectures, exhibitions, discussion series, music performances, and workshops. The Reading Room programme this year features a collaboration with the African Art Book Fair.
NY Art Book Fair is the largest international gathering for the distribution of artists’ books. 2026 marks 20 years since the first NYABF took place in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Opening times are September 24 (Opening Night, 7pm-10pm, $60), September 25 (12 noon-7pm, $10), September 26 (10am-7pm,$10), and September 27 (12 noon-6pm, $10).
